MINORITY BUSINESS TV HIRE MN SPECIAL GARNERS EMMY
NOMINATION
Minneapolis, MN (August 24, 2009) Minority
Business Television (MBTV) has received a 2009 Emmy nomination
from the Upper Midwest Chapter of the National Academy of
Television Arts and Sciences, for the production of “HIRE MN” Be
Heard, Be Prepared.
The program follows a movement to secure inclusion for
communities of color in the new green economy. It features Louis
King President/CEO of Summit Academy OIC, Bill Means Executive
Director Minnesota OIC State Council, Will Steger Artic Explorer
and organizations that support HIRE MN efforts.
Minority Business Television is produced by Pete and Kimberly
Rhodes co-founders of the Urban Mass Media Group, with film and
editing by award winning videographer Kevin McKeever. For
